About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support hiring for our care teams by managing job postings, conducting initial screens, and coordinating interview logistics throughout the interview process. This role is highly cross-functional and candidate-facing. You will partner closely with departmental leadership and hiring teams to coordinate interviews, keep searches moving, and deliver a thoughtful, consistent candidate experience.
You are a great fit for this role if you love hopping on a call with new candidates and engaging with them throughout their experience at Flourish. You are creative in your approach to finding the best way to source amazing talent. You build relationships quickly, and you are a thought partner for managers making tough hiring decisions.
This role will build warm candidate pipelines in every care state, with a specific focus on finding amazing talent for our family and patient guides. You will also support therapist hiring, which requires careful evaluation of licensure and clinically relevant qualifications as well as cross-collaboration across a wide range of stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a thoughtful, welcoming candidate experience with a commitment to inclusive and equitable screening & interview best practices.
Own day-to-day recruiting coordination for Carepod staffing roles, including scheduling screens and interviews, confirming availability, and communicating next steps clearly and promptly.
Build warm pipelines across states where Flourish provides care through proactive sourcing, outreach, referral engagement, and relationship management.
Conduct initial candidate screens and assist with structured interview workflows to evaluate role fit and core competencies.
Support therapist hiring by verifying licensure status, state eligibility, and role-specific clinical requirements.
Partner with departmental leadership to clarify role needs, interview plans, and hiring priorities.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Help improve recruiting processes by documenting workflows, updating templates, and identifying opportunities to reduce friction for candidates and hiring teams.
Track and report on basic recruiting activity and funnel metrics to support continuous improvement.
Support additional duties and projects as assigned across the People Ops department.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable experience in the field
2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or similar
Strongly Preferred: 1+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting or experience with direct patient care
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including departmental leaders and hiring teams.
Comfort with technology and using an ATS (Teamtailor preferred)
Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive candidate information.
Must be 18 years or older.
Schedule: Schedule can be 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm in your local time zone. One day per week follows a later schedule (10:00am–6:30pm) to accommodate candidates with evening availability.
Job Type: Full-Time
Work location: Remote (United States Only), but attendance and events support is required at 2+ company events per year.
Salary: $50,000-$59,000
