About Flourish
1 in 25 adolescents and young adults will be diagnosed with serious mental illness. Most families struggle to access care. Flourish Health (https://flourish.health/) exists to make sure everyone gets the same access to high-quality mental health care.

Oversee all active crisis cases and make sure the right actions are being taken
Serve as the top escalation point for high-risk or complex situations
Make real-time decisions during crisis situations when needed
Ensure staff are following crisis protocols and safety procedures
Set up and maintain clear supervision systems for all crisis work
Review crisis cases after they happen and identify what went well and what needs to improve
Build and improve crisis response workflows and systems so they scale
Train and coach staff on crisis response, de-escalation, and safety planning
Partner with clinical and product teams to improve how crisis care is delivered across the platform
Provide direct patient care in crisis intervention and/or post-crisis stabilization, including brief stabilization sessions or group support, as program needs evolve.
Step in directly when needed to support high-acuity cases
