About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Adolescent Mental Health Support Guide to provide in-person and remote support to our patients and their families. Our patients are teens and young adults living with serious mental illness who could use mentorship and companionship as they receive treatment from an integrated team of clinicians. You will be providing support both in person (traveling to the patient’s home or community to provide direct support) and through app-based messaging or virtual visits. We see Guides as vital to the team’s success, and are building this role to be a sustainable, long-term career.

Strong organizational skills and attention to a high level of detail
Self-awareness and demonstrated commitment to self-care; access to/willingness to access a community of support and/or resources that promotes longevity in the role
